The Youth Mediterranean Dialogue 2023 served as an exceptional platform for a diverse array of participants to delve deeply into the rapidly evolving nature of modern conflict. Workshop Group 3 (W3) undertook the critical task of thoroughly exploring the concepts of Hybrid Warfare and Cognitive Warfare, recognizing their profound implications for regional and international security.
The workshop session were divided into the following topics:
Hybrid warfare: disinformation campaigns and other threats.
Cognitive warfare: international cooperation and effective communication.
National actions / perspectives regarding proceedings.
